REGULAR FIT

FASHION FIT
Unlike traditional straight, boxy t-shirts, a fashion-fit t-shirt, also known as a fitted t-shirt, is designed to hug the body a bit more closely. The sleeves are typically shorter, the body’s a bit longer, and the fit is generally more tapered.

RELAXED / LOOSE FIT
A “relaxed” or “loose” fit is another popular choice. This type of fit is all about comfort and casual style. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your product. Retrotogs’s fulfillment time aims to have products produced in 2–5 business days.
We aim to have your order shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Non domestic orders(outwith UK) may take longer depending on the location.
Please note:
- Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- Our fulfillment time doesn’t account for the time an order might be put on hold.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
- Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
COUNTRIES WE DON’T SHIP TO
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
Additionally, our shipping carriers have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the your countries delivery distributors for more info.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates vary depending on location. We ship for free to the UK and order’s over £50 automatically get shipped for free.
If your product is damaged product or has a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Please be aware that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply have changed your mind.
INTRODUCTION:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
The Customer may return the Products within 5 days of delivery for a refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The Seller’s liability to the Customer in connection with any product purchased through the Website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
